Products Description
How swimming pool heat pump Works
Heat Absorption:
The heat pump draws in ambient air using a fan, which passes over an evaporator coil containing a refrigerant. The refrigerant absorbs thermal energy from the air, even at relatively low temperatures.
Compression:
The refrigerant, now in a gaseous state, is compressed by a compressor, significantly increasing its temperature.
Heat Transfer:
The hot refrigerant flows through a condenser coil, where it transfers its heat to the pool water circulating around the coil.
Cycle Repeat:
The cooled refrigerant returns to its liquid state and repeats the cycle, while the warmed water is circulated back into the pool.
